DNA Group typically enters homeowner projects in the pre-construction phase, where we define goals, budgets, and constraints; document existing conditions; support and coordinate design development; identify risks before they become costs; establish realistic budgets and schedules; and structure projects for controlled execution.

This phase is often supported with hyper-realistic 3D renderings to help homeowners visualize their project, confirm decisions, and align expectations before construction begins.
